Today marks 40 years since one of F1’s most iconic and memorable moments, the day James Hunt finished third at the 1976 Japanese Grand Prix to win the title by just one point after a fierce rivalry with Niki Lauda.

McLaren teamed up with Unique & Limited to create this incredible piece of artwork with help from James Hunt’s son Freddie.
